AGO physical gold coin = one gram of fine gold coin 999er

AGO, Aladin Gold Option = An AGO physical gold coin purchased by you that is not delivered to you but stored in our vaults.

When you buy an AGO Option, you have purchased One Physical Gram of Fine Gold Coin 999er. Within our system, everything is called and labeled ALADIN GOLD OPTION (AGO Option) as long as it is in our vaults and not delivered to you. So you own AGO physical gold coin or ALADIN GOLD OPTION (AGO OPTION) trade value.

Our AGO coin or AGO option value equals at least 1.5 grams of fine gold coin 999er international stock exchange daily price plus the trading value of our AGO, which originates from the buying and selling transactions of AGO.

Example: 

If the international stock exchange gold trading price for a fine gold gram is 50.00€, then our AGO coin / AGO OPTION has a minimum guaranteed value of 50.00€ x 1.5 = 75.00€ Euro + the value that results from the trading, i.e., when we start our trading, AGO starting price is 75.00€.

Each purchased AGO option is covered with (two and a half) 2.5 grams of 999er fine gold, and worth at least one and a half 1.5 grams of 999er fine gold. AGO option is guaranteed never to go below that value but expected to rise at least 67% in price after trading starts due to gold coverage only.

ASO physical silver coin = one gram fine silver coin 999er

ASO, Aladin Silver Option = An ASO physical silver coin purchased by you which is not delivered to you but stored in our vaults.

When you buy an ASO option, you have purchased one physical gram of fine silver coin 999er. Within our system, it is called and labeled as ALADIN SILVER OPTION (ASO option) as long as it is in our vaults and not delivered to you. That means you own either an ASO physical silver coin or ALADIN SILVER OPTION (ASO OPTION) trade value.

Our ASO coin or ASO option value equals at least 2 grams of fine silver coin 999er international stock exchange daily price plus the trading value of our ASO, which originates from the buying and selling transactions of ASO.

Example: 

If the international stock exchange silver trading price for a fine silver gram is 0.50€, then our ASO coin / ASO OPTION has a minimum guaranteed value of 0.50€ x 2 = 1.00€ Euro + the value that results from the trading, i.e., when we start our trading, ASO starting price is 1.00€.

Each purchased AGO option is covered with (three) 3 grams of 999er fine silver, and worth at least two 2 grams of 999er fine silver. ASO option is guaranteed never to go below that value but expected to rise at least 50% in price after trading starts due to silver coverage only.

We offer our insured shipping from 6.90 EUR. The shipping costs depend on the value and weight of your order. You will get the shipping costs fully calculated and displayed at the checkout before you place your binding order.

We generally only send goods insured for value

Basically, we send our shipments by DHL, UPS or courier. Which companies are available for the respective shipment depends on the respective value based on the terms and conditions of the logistics and insurance companies involved. At the checkout, you decide on a shipping method in which the deliverer is named. In individual cases and then mostly after personal clarification in advance, it may happen for insurance or logistical reasons that we hand over your shipment to someone other than the originally planned delivery agent. In any case, you will be informed by e-mail after the delivery to the deliverer to which company your shipment was handed over.

Your shipment cannot be followed online until the evening after it has been handed over to the carrier:

• DHL (up to 500 EUR)
• UPS (up to EUR 2,500)
• ecoSafe (courier, from 2,500 EUR)

We pack your goods very carefully and discreetly. It cannot be seen from the outside that the goods are valuable.

As a rule, we hand over your goods one working day after receipt of your request. When you receive the shipment depends on the transport company.

• DHL / UPS:  Both companies usually deliver on the next working day. In individual cases, however, it can also take up to three working days. Saturday delivery is only possible in residential areas and by DHL.
• Courier deliveries  will be sent to you on the following working day. Please note that courier deliveries are only made Monday through Friday.

If you receive your shipment by courier, you will be informed of the day of delivery. The delivery then takes place in business centers until 12:00, in other areas until 15:00. For an additional charge, you can also arrange for delivery by 12:00 or 10:00 a.m. or order a Saturday delivery.

DHL and UPS deliver your shipment one to three days after delivery. A separate notification from the deliverer does not take place. You will always be informed by us when we plan to hand over your goods to the carrier (shipping notification) and you will be informed when we have handed over your goods (shipping confirmation).

This varies depending on the value and the delivery agent. If you wish, it is safest to state the names of the legitimate recipients in a shipping address that deviates from the billing address (even if the address is the same), e.g. B. “Family Mustermann”, “Mr. and Mrs. Mustermann”, “Max Mustermann and Reiner Zufall”, etc.
